Do you charge Sales Tax?
By law we are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped within certain states only.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
- Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Depending on the address, it can take anywhere from 1 – 5 business days for delivery.
Do you have any discounts for the trade or volume?
- Yes, we do offer volume and trade discounts. Please email us for a quote.
Where do you ship from?
- We have distribution centers in both the east (NJ) and west (CA) coasts.
Do you have a showroom?
- Unfortunately we do not have a showroom. We have decided to minimize our expenses so we can provide the most affordable and competitive pricing on our products for you.
Does your products have any warranty?
All of our products are covered with a minimum 3 year warranty.
Warranty applies for both commercial and residential use and covers any technical malfunctions that may occur during the coverage period.
The warranty does not cover any damages to the merchandise due to negligence or carelessness, such as self inflicted damages or dye transferred from clothing.
What happens if my order arrived in damaged/defective condition?
- No worries! If your order arrived in damaged/defective condition, we can file a claim and have a replacement item/part shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Just send us an email with your order number, including pictures of the damaged/defective area and the packaging. That’s all!
What is your return policy?
- We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of receipt. However, the merchandise must be in new condition upon return, along with the original packaging materials.
Do I have to pay for the shipping on the return?
- In the unlikely event that you decide to return your order, you will be responsible for the shipping cost on the return.
- Please note, we have already incurred the shipping expenses to ship the merchandise to you free of charge and we only ask that you return the product(s) back to us in original condition along with all packaging materials.
Do you carry any restocking fee on returns?
- No, we do not charge any restocking fees on returns if they are returned in original condition along with the original packaging materials.
